My story
I have tried so many business planning methods over the years, always looking for that one perfect solution.
And I'm really good with numbers. I love a good spreadsheet, tracking progress, diving into finance and analysing data. So setting 'SMART' goals makes total sense to me.
But, I consistently struggled to actually hit those goals.
And this would lead to a downward spiral of disappointment and self-doubt.
I'd start asking myself, "What's wrong with me? Why can't I achieve the same level of success that other professional organisers seem to effortlessly reach?"
I came to realise three key things:

No one else's method is going to work 100% for you. We all have our quirks, and our businesses are as unique as we are.

Before you can measure it, you need to define what success looks like for you. And hint, it's often nothing to do with numbers.
